Our Newlands 1 Boys and Newlands 3 Girls teams attended the Regional team finals last Friday having won their respective zones. The boys were not seeded through to the final and so played off against a strong St Bernards side. Despite battling bravely the boys lost 5-2.
The girls were seeded directly to the final but came up against a Marsden side already warmed up from their semi-final and went down 7-0.
Congratulations to these teams for winning their grades and making the finals day.
