Please choose from the activities below. Deposits for Winter Sports are due Wednesday 26 February. Deposits for all codes are 50% of the total fee. Full payment of fees are due no later than Wednesday 26 March. If students have not paid these fees by the deadline they will not be eligible to take part in trials or join teams. In addition all sports payments outstanding from previous years must have been made.

Media Consent

The Newlands College Sport department take regular photos and videos of students during sports tournaments and events. We have our Newlands College Sports Website, Instagram page @newlands_college_sport, Celebration of Sport and other sporting organisations ie: College Sport., YeahGirls! that may require the use of your child's photo/video.

Parent Contact Details Consent

Our code conveners will need to pass on parent/caregiver contact details to our Coaches/Managers for students in their respective teams in order to communicate and relay information about trainings, games etc. Coaches and managers may be parents, staff members or community members. Contact details will be used as a means of communication via email or Whatsapp groups (or equivalent).

Volunteer Opportunities

The school requires support from families and the local community to ensure the smooth running of the sports programme for your children. Without coaches and officials we will be unable to enter teams into competitions.
Please confirm if you/someone you know has the skills and experience to be able to help the sports programme or is willing to be provided with support to build up the skills and confidence for them to help.*
