Background

Futsal is the fastest growing team sport in schools in New Zealand. In Term 1 and Term 4 boys and girls teams will be entered in the 6 week Futsal leagues that are held at the Akau Tangi, Kilbirnie or Te Rauparaha Arena, Porirua. This competition provides an excellent opportunity to improve football skills and fitness in preparation for the winter season. 

Training

Advised once coaches are appointed.

Juniors:

Thursdays: 15 February – 4 April (Porirua – Game times 4 – 7.30pm)

Fridays: 16 February – 5 April (Akau Tangi – Game times 4 – 10pm)

Seniors:

Mondays 19 February – 8 April (Akau Tangi – Game times 4 – 10pm)

Tournaments:

14 March – CSW Senior Futsal Champs, Akau Tangi

12 Nov – CSW Junior Futsal Champs, Akau Tangi

18 – 22 March – Boys and Girls Nationals, Wellington
