Background
Basketball is one of the fastest growing sports in NZ and this is no exception at Newlands with large numbers of boys and girls teams being entered in both the College Sport (played home and away) and our inaugural Junior Social League in 2023 (internal competition played at Newlands College).
Cost: $100 for competitive teams. $50 for Social league.
Training
To be advised once teams are selected.
Parent Help
We need coaches, managers, referees and help with transport. Please let us know on the registration form if you are available to help.
Trials
Term one – TBC. Teams will be determined on the basis of the number of coaches available. Please check student notices daily for trial times.

Mouthguard (Compulsory)

Singlet (provided by the college)
