Congratulations to Braydon Gibling our 1st XI coach and former Newlands College student who was part of the North Wellington AFC team who beat Palmerston North Marist 3-2 in the Chatham Cup on Sunday and now await the draw for the quarter final which will take place on August 6/7. Palmerston North are in the Central League whilst North Wellington are in the league below so this was a big upset. Hopefully it will be a home draw so the college can show its support for the team.
