A current and former students achievements have been recognised in this weeks Independent Herald.
Kurtis Imrie who left last year has continued his impressive form in Canoe Sprinting coming 5th in the A Final of the Junior Men’s K1 1000 at the ICF Junior Canoe Sprint World Championship in Hungary. He was the only Kiwi to reach an A Final.
His sister Kayla won the K1 200m C-Final in the U23 event.
Reece Edgecombe in Year 9 has been selected for the initial 16 man squad for the U16 Cricket team for the Junior World Cup next year following the recent National Indoor Cricket Championships held in Wellington.
