Wednesday Yoga

The college has introduced a Yoga session for all students on a Wednesday lunchtime. This session was originally just for boys but has now been opened up to all students and staff. This week there was record 14 people in attendance and we hope that this figure will continue to rise as the year progresses. It is a great way to relieve stress and to increase flexibility. Increasingly it is being used by professional athletes as part of their regular routine – Beauden Barrett, Ma’a Nonu and Jerome Kaino are all regular Yoga followers. Come on down next week and give it a go.
