Wellington Roller Hockey won the National Championships Youth title in Wanganui from April 8 to 10. Emily Thompson (13MW) captained the side and scored the winning goal in the final, and Alex Thompson (10OR) was the leading goal-scorer for the tournament. The Premier Men’s side also won the First Division title, and featured former Newlands students Daniel and Trevor Moore.
